For: Parents, Carers & Supporting Professionals who are experiencing signs and symptoms of Compassion Fatigue.

 

Duration: 90 minute sessions over 8 weeks.*

Location: Available nationwide.
Sessions are held online via video call (either TEAMs or Zoom depending on clients’ preference)


*Sessions are offered at 10:00 am - 11:30 am or 1:00 pm- 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

  • Havening Techniques®: A therapeutic approach that utilises sensory input to create calming effects. These techniques can assist you in managing anxiety and stress levels, promoting a sense of safety and comfort.

  • Strategic Support: Practical strategies will be provided to help you reestablish boundaries, prioritise self-care, and rebuild your emotional stamina. These strategies aim to empower you to take control of your emotional landscape.
